URGENT CALL-TO-ACTION FOR IDAHO WOLVES!
This is the third petition we've posted here regarding the issue, because it is urgent. Please forgive our persistence.
There are only an estimated 1,500 wolves in Idaho. If Idaho Governor Brad Little signs Senate Bill 1211, it has the potential to wipe out 90% or more of the wolf population. The bill would also allow hunters and private contractors to kill wolves year-round using hunting methods that include traps and snares. Hunters will also be permitted to chase down wolves on snowmobiles and ATVs, hunt on private lands, and kill newborn pups and nursing mothers.
