The logic of backwood hunters. This man literally held a "sponsored hunt" ... "in the name of God" to honor the death of a child? How does one even get to this place in their mind? It is this mentality that creates so much loss of innocent animal life!

"The second annual Coyote Militia Fundraiser was hosted this past weekend at the Box Butte County Fair Grounds. A total of $6,110 was raised for the family of three-year old Alexzander “Zander” Ortiz who passed away on Christmas Eve while waiting for his second heart transplant. For hunting, the wind was a very real enemy with only eight of the twenty-four teams taking a coyote."

“Big thanks to the hunters, without you guys none of this would be possible,” Coyote Militia founder Ryan Schledewitz said. “Big thanks to all our sponsors that helped make this a benefit to remember. God bless you all, you helped bless this family in a huge way.”
