Zinke's job as a public servant would be to do whatever is in the public's best interest. Yet, he only caters to a very small minority of the public (5% hunters). Remember, his first order as Secretary was to re-allow lead ammo in national parks, leading to 22 million animals dying from lead poisoning annually.
