Petition updateBoycott Under Armour for promoting Trophy-HuntingApoIogy to James Tazruk, Point Lay, Alaska

Inupiaq James Tazruk accidentally killed a mother Polar bear and did everything to save the Cub. Life in the Arctic Circle is harsh. Inupiaqs are not trophy hunters, they have a deep respect for their environment, otherwise they wouldn't survive. It is easy to take the picture we posted before out of context. Truth is that this was an accident and James Tazruk was grief-stricken when he realized he'd shot a nursing mother bear and did everything in his power so that the cub would survive. Inupiaq villages have a small quota of bears they can shoot per year, I think it is 3. And they share aIl and use all. And they have to in a world where a can of coke costs $20,- and a pound of apples $50,-. Mr. Tazruk, our sincere apologies for our previous post.
