Hello Everyone 

I wasn’t aware of that statistic above (sent via email from Change.org today), but I have shared this petition as though my life depends on it, and I ask you all to do the same.

Sharing, really is caring in situations like this.

Well done Team England for the win against Serbia last night. Just as the football team has plenty more work to do, so have we. You are all part of something big and important and you've all assisted in scoring the goal so far; the goal being to kick racism out of football - the media in particular - and that will go some way to changing the attitudes and behaviour of some bigots, as long as we can force our own government, to call penalties on the racist reporting of our athletes. 

It's a marathon, not a sprint, but we are clearing hurdles as we go, and slow growth is better than no growth. We have every reason to believe, that we will hit the back of net and be victorious with this petition, alongside Team England, in the Euro 2024 competition.

Let the classic Steps melody resonate every time you share and promote this petition: 

Don't stop, never give up

Hold your head high and reach the top

Let the world see what you have got

Bring it all back to you.

After observing the petition's growth in more detail today, I would advise not to start a promotion if you can already see one in progress; it's like having two balls on the pitch and doesn't get us as many signatures. 

Team England, deserves to win without their successes, blighted by ignorant racism. 

Thank you on behalf of myself and the whole team but in particular, our black players who suffer unfairly when things don't go the way we'd like them to.
