BSA: Do the right thing! We're waiting.

Hello All, You may have seen that the BSA released a second statement following President Trump's National Jamboree speech. The statement begins: "The Boy Scouts of America is wholly non-partisan and does not promote any one political position, candidate or philosophy." As you know, simply invoking non-partisanship is not enough. The BSA must publicly denounce President Trump's speech on the basis that it did not live up to the values of Scouting. Further, they must take personal responsibility for their poor handling of the event. Every minute that goes by without a public denunciation does irreparable damage to the BSA's reputation. That is why it is so important to act quickly in urging the BSA to do the right thing. Thank you all very much for your participation and for sharing your powerful stories.
