Thank you Angi Gonzales and New York 1 News for reporting the story about my project to connect Bideawee adoptive pets with our Veterans on Veterans Day!  I believe the project - Connect a Vet with a Pet - was a success! A special "Thank You" to Navy Commander and my former Scoutmaster Corey Barker, Senator and Eagle Scout Brad Hoylman for traveling and making a special visit to help out.  I encourage Veterans to visit the Bideawee website and check out the adorable pets! We will cover the cost of adoptions for Veterans as long as the donated funds are available. We adopted our dog Scout from Bideawee and she is such a welcome addition to our family.
