Can you send a message to the Scout Leaders today? The BSA is holding its annual Board of Directors meeting today and we are asking that they make a change for Sydney and other young women, to allow them to pursue the Eagle Rank. Below is an email/letter by Congresswoman Carolyn Maloney. Thank you, Congresswoman Maloney, and to everyone vocally supporting the full and immediate inclusion of young women in Troops. Sydney will age out before the rule change goes into effect, preventing her from realizing her dream of becoming an Eagle Scout. The Congresswoman understands that the Boy Scouts National Board will be meeting tomorrow and could take action to grant Sydney and other girls across the country full and immediate inclusion in the Troops so their work to attain the rank of Eagle Scout can be recognized.
