We are so proud of the Boy Scout leadership for changing the name, Scouts BSA! It is time now to allow young women to join and be permitted to earn the Eagle Rank. Unfortunately, with the 2019 World Scout Jamboree to take place in West Virginia, young women from around the world will have the good fortune of joining their Troops in the US, all except young American women, including Sydney.
