Danny Ainge's only real redeeming skill as Celtics GM has been to win trades. He has consistently drafted poorly and has been unable to land the right kind of free agents. Brad Stevens is good at developing fringe players, which works well in college and rebuilding NBA teams, but he does not possess the know how necessary to beat the NBAs elite teams. He is incapable and has little to offer well established NBA talent. He might be an effective assistant NBA coach, but not the head coach of a real contender for an NBA championship. It's time to restart.
