I DID do something wrong...

I DID do something wrong... It CLEARLY said NOT to post pictures, videos, or blogs about it. BUT it clearly says UNTIL in their NDA. It doesn't say if you post things about it, that the ban will be permanent. So saying I did nothing wrong is inaccurate, but per their NDA, I should be able so sign onto Xbox LIVE now, since the update is available to everyone. Thanks for the support people!
