On Saturday a group of us, including one of my best friends, Viv Tabner who lost her husband Brian on the same day I lost my dad, set off to start climbing the Kinder Scout mountain in Derbyshire to raise money for Covid-19 Bereaved Families for Justice.

It took us 6 hours but we reached the top and managed to get down safely and I wanted to say thank you to each and everyone of you that sponsored me, Viv, Matt and Nathan.

When I lost my dad John to Covid-19 I felt my world falling apart.

I threw myself into campaigning to get the answers and justice all of us who lost loved ones to the virus need and after 2 long years we finally won the Covid inquiry we’d been demanding.

But now we need to make sure we’re there every step of the way to make our voices heard at the inquiry.

That we’re there every step of the way to support each other.

That we’re there to make sure lessons are learnt and lives saved in the future.

Every single penny you give helps us to make that happen.
