The 29th of March will mark the 1 year anniversary of the creation of the Covid 19 Memorial Wall, the UK's only national memorial to every single person who has died of Covid 19. 

Since then, 178,000 hearts have been added to the wall by volunteers, and now the Friends of the Wall meet every Friday to refresh hearts and make sure that the dedications don't fade. 

But the government has still not made the wall permanent.
