Thank you for all your support in 2021 and Happy New Year from all of us at New Europeans!

It's not been the best of times for anyone but please spare a thought for all those EU citizens in the UK who are still waiting to fully secure their rights post-Brexit.

Did you know for example that many EU citizens stand to lose their vote in local elections in the UK?

Only in cases where there is a bi-lateral agreement in place with the EU citizen's national state will they be allowed to continue to vote in the UK.

At New Europeans UK, a registered charity, we support EU citizens and  advocate on their behalf including for their right to vote.
