The green line on the attached map passes through the Pfeiffer Tract, a ~425-acre parcel with more than ten documented caves and numerous other recharge features on top of the Glenrose Formation and connecting/contributing to the Edwards Aquifer Recharge Zone.  The engineer who drew this line is unfamiliar with the property and seems to think he can "thread the needle" even though it passes over many of the cave and recharge features on the property not to mention Cibolo Creek.  A road with 300-500 feet of ROW would destroy this irreplaceable property.  This same route also appears on the City of Boerne's Thoroughfare Plan.  It's reckless and irresponsible and being primarily sponsored by Mayor Handren and Council members Joe Macaluso and Quinten Scott.
