Non violent law abiding citizens are locked up everyday for simple marijuana possession. The criminalization has ruined countless Amercian lives for having a criminal record for marijuana. Law inforcement could be spending their time searching for other serious crimes. It is a waste of tax payers dollars to lock up these citizens for simple possession. Louisiana needs this!
