A Louisiana man is serving 13 years in a Louisiana prison for the equivalent of two joints of marijuana.  The justice system in USA is currently based on two-tiers with one tier for rich, powerful, white people and an entirely different system for poor minorities that is much harsher.  Please sign this petition and ask Governor Bobby Jindal to pardon Bernard Noble so he can go back to raising his family and owning his restaurant instead of rotting in prison at the cost of the taxpayers!
