So today (Sunday 12th July 2020) there is an article in The Daily Mail (uk, online) which is extremely transphobic, talking about Rape Crisis Centres in the uk and commenting on a Rape Crisis Centre advertising for trans women to apply for a volunteer post.

Since it's the Daily Mail and since I am just a client of the service and not staff, I can't vouch obviously for any of the details about the Rape Crisis Centre(s) they mention. *BUT* it is basically a TERF-supporting / transphobic article, which I feel like we need to stand against, because I believe that Rape Crisis Surrey and Sussex was/is trans-inclusive (to my knowledge).

*THANK YOU* so, so much for all your support so far, for signing this and for sharing to your social media etc. =)

If you haven't already, please send this petition to friends / family / neighbours / colleagues / group chats / post on social media etc etc. All of us clients need answers from the Board of Directors at RCSAS about the closure and out of around 200 of us (I don't know the exact number) there will *definitely* be some/a few of us who are trans and/or non-binary and I don't want them to feel that we are not fighting for them just as much, if not more, because of the added discrimination and prejudice they face on a daily basis.

Love Stephi =)
