For those of you in the Youngstown area, there will be a peaceful protest outside of Stambaugh Stadium on September 9th - the first home game for the Penguins. I have been in contact with the person who created this event, and it would be great if all who could come would make an effort to do so. Also, as this petition took off and gained much more attention than I ever expected, I just wanted to make one thing clear: this is not about me, or my name, or me gaining attention personally. This is about a convicted rapist who is not being held accountable for his actions. This petition is meant to be a platform for others to voice their opinion on his status as a football player. Most importantly, this is about a 16-year-old child who was brutally raped while unconscious. Thank you for understanding and for your continued support.
