I see just today two new reports of the issue were reported. One person had new forks put on just 1500 miles ago and the forks are already separating. If you have had this issue please report it to https://www-odi.nhtsa.dot.gov/VehicleComplaint/. It does not matter if you had it fixed under warranty or not it is still an issue that needs to be addressed. While our signature count is growing the best way is to have the government request BMW address the raised issue.
