Thanks so much everyone who has signed the petition - an overwhelming 1790 signatures have been collected!!

This support has enabled us to have ongoing constructive conversations with council over the last few months. Council is fully on board and want to make this project a reality for our community (you guys!!). They have concrete plans to apply for a government grant next year.

The grant would allow for fixing the roof of the KSCA, multiple upgrades / additions and the construction of the boulder gym. Furthermore the signatures we have collected will support council's case for a strong grant application.

Thanks again all - together we have done some important steps towards a climbing gym in the Blue Mountains in the near future!
