Update: The Mayor has said Council holds no investments in Israel. That may be true — but the motion goes further. Like Sydney City and Byron Bay, we are calling for Council to review both investments and procurement, and to check suppliers against independent lists such as the UN database of companies involved in settlement activity.

This process has already been done in other councils. Now we’re asking ours to follow through in the same way.
