Some of you have received a response from BCBST if you commented on their Facebook page. It notes that they consult experts, and their providers in Tennessee, on the development of their medical policies.

I disagree.

My blog explains who they actually consult. And what BCBST should consider in the development of an appropriate Idursulfase policy.
