We think it's important keeping the right way with the people that play/buy your games. In this moment Blizzard Entertainment is about to give back gold/money to whoever bought multiple copies of the same hero via bundles. We don't understand why whose who have a copy of Diablo 3 and/or Diablo 3 Reaper of Souls and should receive a FREE Diablo hero, won't be able to get their money/gold back as a correct refund. This is, obviously, just an example and should apply to every single time someone that bought something in-game before a promotion gave it for free. There are a lot of discussions going on on english/american forum and we think you should check them out. Please Blizzard Entertainment and Heroes of the Storm team, be correct to your community.
