Today we again went searching for Flame at his colony. We ran into someone who knew him & upon our inquiry about his whereabouts shared that his body was laying there on the street in cold in Union City and that he passed away waiting for help that never came from Tri City Animal Shelter or Union City Animal Control.  Past week when it rained and was freezing cold, his frail body could not handle it as per the witnesses.  The persons feeding him regularly shared that he was not wanting to eat for the latest few times.  We had noticed the same too last & had tried to help him medically.  

We are deeply UPSET that he also did not get helped by TCAS Kelly Miott but we are relieved that he did not get hit as per someone who saw him deceased laying there.

This is another example of the reality of some of these animal shelter officials and Kelly Miott did not care about Flame's plight. 

His suffering has ended at least. May he live happy and healthy forever in HEAVEN with his maker.
