 letters from monarch recoveries saying their client (blemain) have instructed them to issue court proceedings) this is so bad as monarch were not solicitors so they cant start court proceedings, this was done to harass threaten and deceive people

 unfair use of an interest rate clause (in the terms and conditions)

 unfair terms and conditions (allowing themselves the right to extent the agreement without your consent)

The loan companies are specialists in looking for vunerable people who they well know cant afford to pay back their charges and fees.
