Although there are already laws in place to stop fouling and disruptive and unruly dogs, councils all over the UK including but not limited to the current proposals in Blackpool are trying to impose blanket ban's to stop ALL dog owners from being able to freely exercise their dogs on public land. Not only is this unfair but it will not stop those law breakers from doing as they wish.

This petition is to show the Councils that the current laws should be enforced before any consideration of new laws take place.
