In the wake of the 2014 Burning Man in Nevada, it is clear that BRC has a problem with what the BMOrg have euphemistically called Turnkey Camps.

The citizens of BRC have been near unanimous in their condemnation of what are better termed 'Commodification Camps', as we can see from the response to two recent PR posts on the Burning Blog.

We now demand some concrete action on the part of the BMOrg, namely:

1. - That BMOrg create a policy explicitly outlawing Commodification Camps, and make it clear that they are not welcome in our community at all.
2. - That BMOrg cease providing placement and directed ticket sales for Turnkey camps, with the definition of Turnkey developed in consultation with the Burner community.
3. - That Jim Tananbaum resign from the board of the Burning Man Project
