What We Learned...

Good morning. First I would like to thank all of you for your input and support. I, along with several other Sisterlocks consultants/sisters, attended the board meeting on Monday September 25, 2017. Unfortunately, the board did not have the required quorum to hold the meeting. What were able to learn is that Hair Braiding is not regulated in the State of Delaware . Sisterlocks is similar in that the consultant only works with the natural hair. The Sisterlocks method was designed for the client to come to their appointment with their hair freshly shampooed. Therefore, Sisterlocks would fall under the same category as Hair Braiding. So it is safe to believe that Sisterlocks services are not regulated in the State of Delaware.
