Here we are 4 weeks into the petition and we have been gaining signatures at an average rate of 1,200 per week.  We are now so close to the target we set of 5,000.....only 178 short.  So we ask for the final time all those people that have supported us so far both old and new to share the petition as far and wide as possible.  You can post the link to your Facebook page asking friends/family to sign and then share your post...simply use https://www.change.org/postofficetrial     The same can be done with WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, email, twitter or any other Social Media platform...even use the picture of the petition on Instagram.

There has been a recent article in the Sunday Post newspaper which covers one of the saddest cases caused by this National scandal....the suicide of Fiona.  It was extremely brave of Phil Cowan to speak out about this devastating case and the thoughts are with him and everyone else caught up in this tragedy.  You can read the article here published by Janet Boyle :-

There was also another article published today by Computer Weekly who have covered this story for a decade now written by Karl Flinders that admits government was too passive managing the Post Office :-

Then finally today there was a debate in the House of Lords for an hour where Lords raised their concerns including long time supporter Lord Arbuthnot....the government minister would not deviate from the standard narrative response that has been printed time and time again.  You can watch it here if you are interested, it is eye opening.  I have cut to the exact time it was aired for easy viewing :-

There has been the creation of an APPG (All-Party-Parliamentary-Group) which a large number of MP's have joined, however we do need more with this governments large majority if we are to force an Inquiry.  Slowly the pressure is building and more and more questions being raised in the Lords, the House of Commons and via the press.  With your help and support the signatures will add to that pressure so you really can make a difference by Signing and Sharing this petition.

Once again we thank everyone for their support and comments so far and we expect further press coverage in the coming days and weeks.
