Situation Still Developing

We wanted to provide our supporters with an update. A group met with Bishop David Toups on Monday and it is disturbing that no proof was provided by the Bishop of the Augustinians requesting for Father Luis; nor when asked directly, did Bishop Toups say who initiated the discussion with the Augustinians. Fortunately, some concession was made by the diocese by allowing him an option to stay at Our Lady of Guadalupe in Port Arthur, which means are our pleas were heard and our efforts made a difference! However, there is another discussion planned later this week which may change the final outcome. When the situation is more concrete, we’ll provide an update.
