The CityPark4Brum team continues to liaise with the council and make the case for transformative green space at Smithfield in the centre of Birmingham. Our campaign recently reached over 11,000 supporters. Thank you for your support over the past 6 years!

Remember the campaign has already secured a small park on the site - but before the development starts, we need to keep making the case that green and open space should be at the heart of the Smithfield development, within which cultural buildings, housing and markets can be placed.

You currently have the chance to take part in a council consultation on what Birmingham should look like by 2040.
