Independent Investigation of Judicial Corruption in the State of Alaska

The Issue

Issue:  Evidence presented to the Superior Court in Anchorage on December 18, 2017 was forcefully prevented through, “any means necessary.”  The subsequent arrest of David Haeg as he was reading evidence into the court record, demands that the allegations and evidence of corruption be investigated by an independent commission, outside the confines of the tainted judicial system where the corruption is alleged.

This commission must have authority to subpoena, grant immunity, and, if possible, be granted authority to prosecute those who have engaged in this corruption.

Goal: 50,000 signatures to demonstrate citizen support, to the legislature, and Governor to initiate an independent investigation of facts and allegations of Judicial Corruption in the State of Alaska.

Evidence is being tampered with and destroyed by State officials, private attorneys are being outright threatened by State officials, and property is regularly seized without due process. The liberty of the citizenry is trampled through unjust child custody processes, excessive confinement, and failure to follow court rule, law, and right.  Without a meaningful mechanism of redress, - as the oversight agencies such as Alaska Commission on Judicial Conduct, Alaska Bar Association, and Alaska Department of Law appear to be involved - the citizens’ of Alaska demand a commission to publicly investigate the evidence of illegal and unconstitutional deprivation of life, liberty or property.
