Dear Bill.

It is my belief that, the Abbott Coalition government has openly forsaken its commission to govern and is now acting under the direction of vested interests in direct competition to the Australian National Interest. 

I would ask you as Opposition Leader to investigate the behaviour of the Prime Minister and Ministers of the government in regard to numerous actions and decisions taken over the course of the last five months with due consideration given to the following;

*The Prime Minister MISLEADING the House.

*A Coalition Minister misleading the House. (Nash)

*The Treasurer caught lying to the media over the Toyota shutdown.

*Corruption by the PM in handing out large grants to his business sponsors.

*Acting in contravention of s51. VI and s68 of the Australian Constitution.

*The enactment of the OSB policy being illegal in the way it is conducted.

*Deliberately acting and giving instruction to act outside of Maritime Law.

*Acting in violation of the UNHCR.

It is apparent Mr Abbott has colluded with vested media interests to suppress the freedom of information to the people of a democratic state and by his deliberate failure of honesty, transparency and accountability in government has lost the trust of the Australian people.

I ask you now to investigate and question the Prime Minister regarding these issues and following that, if any breaches are indicated that you, take any appropriate action as allowed by parliamentary convention and the Constitution to protect the Australian Constitution by calling on the Governor General to give advice to consider the matters at hand and to give advice on the possible exercise of the executive powers under s64 of the Constitution in order to do so.
