We strongly suggest that everyone sends an email to all Councillors every day until they act...

Here is what you need, just copy and paste in your email...Maybe write your own unique Subject so they can't create a rule in order to avoid dealing with the issue by treating it as SPAM, as these are genuine requests from the residents, maybe use your DOB followed by a number ?
