Beyoncé and Mariah Carey Collaboration in the next few years

Beyoncé and Mariah Carey Collaboration in the next few years
O problema
As two undeniable music icons, Beyoncé and Mariah Carey have mastered the art of storytelling through their songs while delivering stunning vocals throughout the past three decades.
With a combined total of 113 GRAMMYs nominations, 33 wins as well as 57 top ten hot 100 hits and 30 number one hits (including Destiny's Child) both artists have proven their unmatched contribution to the music industry. They have also become the only artists to date to reach number 1 in each of the past four decades.
Both singers are known worldwide for their showstopping performances and beautiful, unique voices that stand out from the crushing majority of current female singers.
In 2021, Beyoncé has released her new original song "Be Alive" for the motion picture "King Richard" starring Will Smith, a strong anthem highlighting Venus and Serena Williams' story. Meanwhile, Mariah Carey has announced a new Christmas special: “Mariah’s Christmas: The Magic Continues” releasing on Apple TV + on December 3rd. Fans currently await both Mariah's 16th album and Beyoncé's 7th album.
I believe Mariah Carey and Beyoncé should collaborate in a song these following years, as their careers slowly start to focus on more meaningful and personal stories they want to tell their vast audiences that look up to them worldwide. With a duet, both artist would undeniably leave a bigger mark on this world.
With such an opportunity, both Beyoncé and Mariah Carey could bring to younger generations a fresh sound inspired by the 90s while gathering curious fans, old and new, with some beautiful well-thought-out lyrics.
This is a small dream that I've had for quite a while now. No other two artists' songs speak to me like Mariah and Beyoncé's. A collaboration in this new decade is certain to make the world genuinely rejoice and distance themselves from the current problems we're facing. I believe the world could use this song, from two literal legends that have done nothing but grow in their careers and doing it flawlessly.
I would also like to address Mariah's words in a December of 2020 interview about her Christmas special: "I think we are living in a moment where the main thing is to keep our heads open to new options. Collaborations and exploration of new genres are all the rage. Often times other artists come to me to get us to do something together and sometimes it's for a Christmas project. What happens to me is that I have to feel that what is achieved is natural, because it is clear when two or more people try too hard to make a success. That is no longer organic. It has to come from each one to be genuine. I can feel it and the public can too.". This petition's sole purpose is to raise awareness to both Beyoncé and Mariah on the number of beyriah fans who would really appreciate a collaboration. We don't want the process to be in any way, from the singers perspective, unnatural or even forced. Most of all, I believe in the intangible power of music and in what both artists have always made me feel with their songs throughout the decades - so, naturally, I hope the "making" of the song (or songs...) is as organic as possible.
Hopefully you can join this cause, even if you're not a fan of Beyoncé or Mariah. Thank you in advance :)
