Hi All, BT Community Partnership have been in touch and we have our quote from BT Openreach to provide a fibre-to-the-cabinet (FTTC) network to our streets. They expect that this will provide download speeds of up to 80Mbps (an massive improvement from 3Mbps!) and upload speeds of up to 20Mbps. I will send around more details after I’ve spoken to BT Community Partnership about the fundraising process of making this happen. I’ve done lots of liaising with BT but now is the time for you and the rest of the community to step in and help out!
