I always thought there was a gigantic gap between the education world and the career world and hardly anything is being done to bridge that gap. We can start bridging that gap by seeing what students are passionate about at a young age and working on ways they can make that passion into a career. 

I remember being in high school and feeling as if I really didn't care about going to University and I always wanted to learn how it was like working and making money doing something I loved instead of being College ready. There were so many successful people in all sorts of business in my community but, somehow these people can be helping the community at large and students as well. How do we make that happen?
