Cissy is the District 8 Representative. First she voted against TIRZ 12 then voted in favor of TIRZ 12 at the most recent city council meeting. After I emailed her to let her know my disappointment in her stance, she replied she will continue to vote in favor of TIRZ 12 and the destruction of the Lost Dog trails in the next meeting on June 26th.
