We are all excited for the upcoming Bethesda Game Studios game, Fallout 76.

Now it seems to be the PC version of the game won't be featuring a text chat option for players to communicate with each other with.

Not every player is able or likes to use Voice Chat to communicate. Some players are not fluent enough in the English language to communicate verbally in it, some players do not own a (functional) microphone, some players are deaf, mute or otherwise incapable of communicating verbally, and some players are simply not comfortable with using Voice Chat.

And while the Emote system works for broad communication, it is hard to communicate something specific using this option.

A solution would be a text chat
