On December 5th, the Safe Rides team went to the December Budget Committee meeting to ensure that we gain half our annual costs for the 2016-2017 year. Unfortunately, the BET deferred our proposal. This means that without these funds, Safe Rides will be unable to operate after January 1st of the new year.

We would like to continue our free and confidential service in providing secure rides to teenagers. Signing this petition shows that you truly support the continuation and presence of Safe Rides within our community.
