Make it easier to obtain civil and criminal restitution from those who misuse their right-to-own guns.

We need legislation to require guns be licensed to trained individuals who register their weapons with the State and prove insurance coverage.

There is a nation wide emergency for this legislation.  People who have rights must be held accountable when they abuse their rights.   We have an easy solution to this problem,  which does not impinge on such rights.  See my photo.

The only people who would object to my solution are would-be terrorists.  In my view there are more people on the political right than on the political left who are such a threat. They are involved in actual militias and we often see them in the streets, openly carrying guns.  We do not see this kind of behavior from ordinary citizens.

Please save us from terrorists!
