From Bermuda Environmental Consulting, Ltd June 9th 2017 (by hand) Dear Neighbour, As you might have heard, permission is being sought by Castile Holdings Ltd, for a novel project which aims at preserving approximately 75% of the open space of the former Riddell's Bay Golf and Country Club and create a nature reserve with the required landscaping and maintenance work to be supported through funds derived from the sale of lots for estate residential uses. We have been engaged by Castile Holdings to undertake an Environmental Impact Assessment, as part of the planning process.
