Oops! So fast!! This morning, the Karnataka Assembly has passed the Bill pertaining to allowing GoK to takeover of 5% of Parks for Infrastructure projects.

This is indeed very disturbing. Next, the Legislative Council has to pass and then the Governor has to give assent, and it becomes Law!!
