Why can't we find a good solution for the stray cats here in Belgium?

Free spaying and neutering for them...Is the solution to kill them all??

Do they have to starve?

The cats didn't ask for this..

The blame lies with the people!!!

Will there finally be a good solution??This have to stop,every body have to care about his pets.....And help our stray cats...
