The Belfast City Council has taken dogs away from their owners, denied the owners the right to know the condition of their family member pet, put one to death and is threatening to put the other to death. In the second case, they entered the home of a family while they were not home, took Hank the dog, left a note and since then have refused to give the family updates on Hank's condition.   I also have researched Belfast City Council for other abuses and discovered they took a disabled man out of his home and that home was ultimately sold to lawyers to use as an office.  I am calling the Belfast City Council to completely overhaul the way they treat their citizens and end such abuses of power.   And I am encouraging the world at large to not give their tourist dollars to such a place that can treat their citizens so abusively.
