URGENT action required ASAP - just one email

We understand that the vote could come down to one councillor who needs to hear that the community wants Option 1. 

Please email Ms Noble ASAP but certainly before midday tomorrow. She wants to do what the community wants so please thank her for that and ask her to vote for Option 1.
