The response from an Asda spokesperson, as obtained by the Swindon Advertiser, was "We can confirm that we are working towards a long-term solution for the fountain area outside of our Haydon store, and we look forward to sharing our plans in the near future.”

This statement does not acknowledge the precarious/dangerous tiles, and comes across as non-committal in terms of failing to provide a concrete response.

Therefore, we are asking for you to please share this petition to group chats and on your social media. Asda fixed the steps when the pressure was turned up, so we are looking to keep on the pressure.
