A few people are asking what I plan to do with this petition. Here are my thoughts, but feel free to email me and tell me your own!

1. We go to Mr.Martinak. Right now, he doesn't have the opportunity to change anything, but if we can get him on our side rather than against us, we'll have a better chance of success.

2. I will arrange a meeting with the District Board of Directors. This will be where the real change happens. I will attempt to convince them to change the dress code.

3. If the Board of Directors won't listen, then we protest. I will arrange a PEACEFUL protest outside of the district building. We will stand and march outside of the District Building. For those who are nervous about protesting, as long as it stays peaceful it is in our First Amendment right to protest. The school cannot get us in trouble. Our right to petition and our right to protest are protected in the Constitution and the school has no right to punish us. 

I will keep you updated on the process, but for now, keep sharing this petition. We will need more than 100 supporters if we want to make a change.
