PLEASE HELP ME MAKE A DIFFERENCE

I need 10.000 signatures to be able to take this to Parliament so it can be looked at and hopefully change the law when it comes to this kind of crime as it is right now the law is so lenient with the punishments to these criminals and thats what they are CRIMINALS i want to make sure that other mothers and families that unfortunately will go through the tragedy of lossing a loved one by the hands of a cowardly person whom has no regards to the welfare of others doesnt get of with a slap on the wrists..My son Jayke Robinsons life was taken by exactly that a coward who has no remorse no regards to whom he has hurt so PLEASE help me make difference for others..
